What is Dafigo Interactive?
An online platform used by companies to interact with consumers. It’s a place where our panel, formed of respondents from the UK and Europe, can share their opinions freely on your products/services (based on your demand) and also on other pertinent topics on consumer behaviour.
Who is using this service?
Everybody. Multinational corporations looking to be in constant contact with their customers, small business owners who cannot afford the high price of a market research project or an innovative person who wants a fast and easy way to brainstorm new ideas before starting a new business venture.
Who are the respondents taking part in these studies?
We have an extensive panel consisting of accountants, builders, IT managers, personal trainers, teachers, students, housewives, etc.
From which countries are the respondents from?
Belgium, France, Spain and United Kingdom.
If your consumers do not live in one of the above mentioned countries, you can still use our platform by inviting respondents from your database to join us (please mention it to our team when subscribing).
How do I create an account?
Simply click on the following link and follow the instructions.
After completing the online registration form, you will receive an email detailing our terms of use asking you to confirm your email address and activate your account.
How do I know that respondents are for my specific demographic?
Before posting your topic, you will be asked to make a criteria selection for our respondents based on their gender, age, occupational status and country. You will also be able to add further requirements (e.g. If the task is about testing your website, you can tell respondents which device you want them to use).
How quickly will I receive feedback?
As soon as your topic has been uploaded, respondents are able to view it and comment on it. Our platform is open to our respondents 24hours a day/ 7 days a week.
Can I interact with the respondents while they are taking part in my study?
Yes. You can reply to any comment made by our respondents. Your post will appear just under his/her comment and the respondent will be notified immediately.
What is a Pro Account?
If you choose our Pro Account, a dedicated account manager will assist you for the entire duration of your study, a research team will write your topics ensuring that you get the exact information you are looking for, an experienced moderator will overlook your study and interact with the respondents to get even better insights, and at the end you will receive a detailed report on your topics. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
How do I login?
You can use the link sent with your login details or use our login gateway at the top right corner of our website www.dafigo.com.
How to get information on respondents replying to my topic?
Each respondent’s username ends with their country of origin (e.g. Jason.uk is from the UK).
Should you want more information, just place your cursor on their avatar and you will be able to see their age, gender, country and occupational status.
How long does it take for my topic to be uploaded?
Each topic has to be approved by our research team before being accessible to our panel. The average time is 2 working hours but this can take up to a maximum of 12 hours.
How do I cancel my account?
Please send an email to interactive@dafigo.com with “cancellation” in the subject box.
